Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: R150

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Delivery to outlying or remote areas may require a custom courier quote, which will be provided if necessary.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
  • Use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier’s website.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across South Africa. For remote areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery the next business day.
  • After two failed attempts, your package will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Changes to Delivery Address

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 4 business hours of placing your order.
