Thank you for shopping with Urbanise Technology. Please read our delivery information below so you know what to expect. This page forms part of our Terms of Service.

Delivery Options and Costs

All delivery costs include VAT and are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day your order is processed.

Order Processing

• Your order is processed once your payment has cleared and stock has been confirmed with our distributor.
• Orders placed and paid before 2 PM on a business day are normally processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
• EFT orders are processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.

Stock from Our Distributors

• If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you, normally within 1 business day, to offer a wait for new stock, a comparable alternative, or a full refund for that item, as set out in clause 5 of our Terms of Service.
• Your order may be dispatched directly from our distributor's warehouse.
• Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order is split into more than one parcel, you may receive more than one tracking number.
• Use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier's website.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across South Africa. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

Receiving Your Order

• Someone aged 18 or older will need to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
• Please check the outer packaging when it is delivered. If it is visibly damaged, note this on the courier's delivery documents, or refuse the parcel.
• Please report any damage in transit, missing items or incorrect items to us within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can lodge a claim with the courier or distributor promptly. This does not affect your rights under our Refunds and Returns Policy or the Consumer Protection Act.
• Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered and signed for.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will leave a notice and try again on the next business day.
• After two failed attempts, your parcel will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee equal to the applicable delivery cost will apply before we send it out again.

Changes to Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 4 business hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by distributors, couriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, severe weather or load-shedding. We will keep you informed of any significant delay, and if the delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel the undelivered items for a full refund.
